Life in Limbo

How would you feel if the only place you knew as home had its very existence threatened? 'Life in Limbo' is a portrait of an archaeological town set on the banks of the Tigris River in Southeastern Turkey. Once comprised of caves carved in the dramatic cliffs along the Tigris, a few residents still carry on in their ancestors' homes. Theirs is a simple way of life and their love for their small town is strong. But this majestic place may soon disappear underwater because of a megadam being built upstream.
